The Philosophy Behind All Programs
At The FIT Collective, strength training is most effective when movement is paired with mindset.
The Strategic Strength Approach™ integrates:
Physical movement
Body awareness
Emotional regulation
Sustainable behavior change
This is not about intensity or perfection.
It is about capacity, consistency, and confidence — built over time. All three programs are designed to work with physiology and nervous-system capacity, not against it.

Individuals new to strength training
Those returning after time away
Perimenopause or hormonal transitions
Appetite changes or GLP-1–assisted care
Busy schedules or a history of “starting and stopping” programs

Dr. Ali Novitsky is a triple board-certified physician (Obesity Medicine, Pediatrics, Neonatology) and a Master Certified Coach.
Her work focuses on:
Muscle preservation
Metabolic health
Nervous-system regulation
Sustainable behavior change
She created these programs to solve a common clinical gap:
People are told to “strength train,” but are rarely given a system that works with their physiology, schedule, and emotional capacity.
-
All programs are offered as optional wellness resources.
They are not medical treatment
They are not insurance-reimbursable
They do not replace physician care
They exist to support strength, confidence, and consistency alongside ongoing medical care.
